Yes, the New born Social Network Pinterest is now in the list of top 10 social networks! Yup you heard it right. It has 11.7 estimated unique users all over the world! It has been awarded as the best new startup of 2011 by technology giant, TechCrunch.
It is success rate is making a history. Some mobile applications, iPhone and iPad applications are also being developed.

In the world of pinterest; images are called ‘Pins’ and videos are called as ‘Pinboards’. Users can upload, save, organize and share their favorite pins so that they are easily seen by other people. You can easily use ‘Pin it’ button to add your favorite content to your board. You can use anyone’s content and “Re-pin”  it.
We also added the "Pin It" button on the top you can see with other social networks buttons.

Now question may arise how to open an account in this social network? Because they are not giving their accounts to anyone. You should be invited by your friends who uses Pinterest. It is similar to Google Plus who first uses the same technique. But now by following this simple steps you can start your Pinterest Account.

STEPS FOR OPENING PINTEREST ACCOUNT:

• Goto the Official Pinterest Website.
• Click on Request an Invite Button.

• Now Enter you Email ID.
• Now You will receive an Invitation mail by Pinterest. In that mail you will be given a Invitation link. Click that link and Voila! You just made an account on Pinterest!
• Now fill the Information in forms and start Pinning your photos.

• Be Authentic. Pinterest is an expression of who you are. Being authentic to who you are is more important than winning lots of followers or fans.
• Credit Your Sources. Pins are the most useful when they have links back to the original source. If you notice that a pin is not sourced correctly, leave a comment so the original pinner can update the source.
